You can watch your strategies “perform” on both current real-life market conditions and historic market data. Hey, how would you have beaten the GFC?

When you get little more confident, you can deposit a small amount of money (say, $100) and switch your hedge fund into miniature mode, in which you trade tiny fractions of stocks (note that not all stocks are available for fractional trading.)

Once you are ready, you can deposit more money into your fund and scale your investment strategy up, but leave auto-trading switched off, so that Uliaa will ask you for permission every time it wants to place an order on the live market.

Only once you are truly comfortable with your strategy and skills, you will switch your fund into auto-trading mode, sit back, relax, and watch your wealth grow.
